In this documentary, Jambo asbl recounts and visualises the story of the hunt for Hutu refugees and their systematic killings as they ran for their lives from the east, throughout the Congolese jungle to the west of Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), former Zaire, in late 1990’s.
The story is based on the United Nation report on a mapping exercise carried out to investigate most serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law committed within the DRC between March 1993 and June 2003.
